In the course of the day if a person is aware like a light being turned on for a moment, looking at the environment they are participating in from an awakened state time stops in that moment. A choice may then be made to change the state of beingness by executing a choice that expresses the evolution of mind.
Biochemical Response and Substances
Cigarette smoking has an odd mind around it in society that I would like to address. If we look at why people are trying to quit then we understand that there is an addiction associated with the activity. It is not necessary for anyone to consume cigarettes in any larger quantities than coffee, alcohol or sweets for example. Most of these substances are consumed in moderation and there is no reason to be a person that is addicted to any substance.
A stigma around people who consume tobacco or are called 'smokers' suggests addiction and that is a label they may choose not to be defined by. There is more enjoyment from a cigarette if it is consumed mindfully the way a glass of wine or imported tea is drunk. There are several reasons why addiction occurs: routine activities where one is unaware of his or her actions ie. watching television and snacking, smoking or drinking beer during sporting events. Any time a person is engaged in a repetitive activity where they are consciously unaware of consuming any substance this codes the cells to expect the substance delivered to the body in unreasonable quantities. The reason for this is that you as a higher creative being longs for the moments where you are in a place of no space time and are focused on creating something. Any activity where you 'zone out' like day dreaming or are intently focusing on an activity is when our higher creative force is awakened. When a person substitutes lucid dreaming or creative conceptualizing for an activity where they are tired and 'zoned' out like watching television at days end and consuming not only the programs but the commercials, the effect on the entire being is vastly different. How one runs the body through choices affects the entire system and consciousness. In heightened, focused, moments of creation the flow of time ceases and we have stopped the biological clock from moving forward in these instances and the cells are alive with nutrients from the electromagnetism of tuning in to cosmic mind where ideas are free and limitless. 'Manna of the Gods' is that simple.
What causes the dependence of chemical substances is the state that does not recognize how the body is calibrated through daily activities. Irritability, moodiness and even depression is a sign of what I term 'demented mind' as it is not a rational, dependable state to make decisions from. Those who then reach for calming substances like alcohol, cigarettes food or a sexual activity for example to 'relax' from stress or emotional aggravation sometimes dose themselves too often being uneducated or unaware as how to manage their mind. Addiction is formed over time from that process of mental deterioration when substances or even activities are over consumed. One is ill advised for example to look at pornographic material while chain smoking as the biochemical processes that take place with sexual arousal are highly conducive to powerfully addicting the individual to the smoking activity. Such activity may create a highly altered self that is motivated too easily by cravings. Such may alienate and isolate a person away from meaningful, completely open intimate relationships that are not based on biochemical addictive habits and activities.
Although I am not impressed with the amount of additives in cigarettes that are purportedly placed there to maintain a higher rate of consumption by purchasers blame laid on the tobacco industry for cancer and addicting people is also erroneous. I will be pleased one day when cigarettes are created with less chemical additives and FDA warning labels with exquisite photography are peel off stickers. Such inventions may appear when one smokes three cigarettes per day instead of a pack or more and all is enjoyed in moderation, joy and healthful consumption is supported by manufacturers. Wonderful World of Words and Divine Interpretations
In examining history, religion and where consciousness is moving the transition fom someone who worships at a religious facility where the knowledge of themselves as an organization has not been inclusive of the gifts of science, mathematics, astronomy that have evolved tremendously since any of us attended traditional schooling. Highly important is to know that because the foundation of education is what each of us knows from our 'growing up' period it is necessary for average citizens to research available literature on subjects that they might be tempted to condemn as worth while because of outdated knowledge stores in their brain's memory bank. An organization that provides your morality coding by your own acceptqance of the religion you are involved in is also bound by our right to evolve to update the teachings to support the evolution of consciousness. If it does not because it soely relies upon masters or sons of god from the past then clearly they did not read between the lines and become the parables which may indicate that you are the wealthy product of the 'kingdom or level of heaven' from becoming the enlightened realization from the teaching.
What if your church or religeous organization does not recognize your supreme accomplishment in an area of expertise from your own higher creative power? Then the choice is do I continue to worship at that religeous organization or do I set myself free to be the god within that is wealth as the product of worship that may have led to the desire to contribute my energy fruitfully. If you continue to attend a religeous organization of worship that has not honored and updated its offerings through evolution of their staff in creating material for the pulpit, prayers and meditations then you will be attending the cycle of repetitious teachings that have antiquated definitions such as:
"any of various beings conceived of as supernatural, immortal, and having special powers over the lives and affairs of people and the course of nature; deity, esp. a male deity: typically considered objects of worship."

In response to that addition I would ask: why does the lense of the eye appear in astronomy looking so much like a human one? Unlikely that it has visual problems.

Who created the galaxies and universes; could a religious priest ever accomplish that? What would be the new religion as a result if he did or would there be one? When they evolve to include research and reference materials of experts in their field the split between science, religion and new age will likely end.

Update on UFO activity in our skies: Don't forget to look up in the sky once in a while to see what is flying as we have had numerous years of sightings and this phenomenon is increasing. UFO's are not uncommon flying through our skies and while we have borders dividing our countries then likely those policies will change in the future. Space craft like the orion probe and others launched by NASA leave our earth airspace with missions to other star systems. Such activity indicates a desire by the powers that authorize space missions from Earth to have the freedom of airspace that is in a neighboring star system. Sovereignty and do not interfere with our home policies by affecting the mind of citizens. To understand what is possible research scaler electromagnetic technology that has been around since the 70's. What is annoying is some if the rudimentary brain chip technology that is unsafe to use on humanity because it is may be easily affected by a wireless signal that can input through binary code the instructions that affect the behavior of the individual that are often too subtle to notice as a trance moment where you are resituated in a different perspective.
Experimental data on different chips is just beginning to be published an some are likely to be safer than others for a variety applications. What is highly undesirable is perception which can confuse the observer if they are new age and purport to 'channel' guides or spirits that is a mind severely disempowering the observer from realizing that he is the only source of higher divine inspiration. Not to say that such phenomenon does not exist; for a handful have genuinely participated in experiencing real channels and other phenomenon however discernment of what is genuine and what is potentially created by misperception is important to discern.
Personally when I mentor I access cosmic mind from my highest state of consciousness; not a being outside myself. People interested in new age are wiser if they tread carefully and only embrace schools, teachings, workshops that support their personal empowerment as a divine, sovereign entity. In addition it is unenlightened to explain other beings work and schools; becoming a reputable reference would be to send inquiring minds to the web site of the party a person may be interested in. Such sites have been meticulously designed by the organizations that are legally empowered to represent themselves publicly.
I have experienced the information inputs through experimental technology and know the difference between my own remote view, bilocation, teleportation and feeling the presence of a relative or friend through the tendrils of for love that is our own psychic connection to the human race. All attract through the law of physics that has been proven through the particle and wave theory and supported by new concepts like quantum loop gravity for example intelligence that whether from earth or other star systems matches the harmonious vibration of your mind.
Welcoming the quantum computing age mindfully so that when the binary system is obsolete and qbits replace it we are not less evolved in understanding that our own brain is more adept and powerful than any computer that will ever be created. To the square root in mathematics demonstrates that human capability. Thus the gifts of brilliant inventors of quantum computing will have a more immaculate society to receive the inventions mindfully when all understand themselves as exalted consumer of those products.
How much care does the government need to give you or are you willing to help create a solution to the indebtedness caused by past generations of people and rulership without being angry? New age is a dichotomy because by calling upon angels or masters to enlighten us in the light it represents a situation that may be misunderstood by those in governing positions as either flaky or highly frightening if a 'non believer' experiences phenomenon that is really his own higher consciousness endeavoring to awaken. It is sad when there is a knock on the door of ones higher creative, divine self that is rejected because of a lack of understanding of that phenomenon that is fed mainly by either religion or new age; the largest 'spiritual' offerings. New energetic based therapies and models of mind that include the use of quantum mechanics, mathematics, biochemistry, anatomy for example (that does not replace experts in those fields but honors the mind contributed by them) may be embraced as tools of self navigation and personal growth as an alternative. Thus the being may de- fanaticize himself without rejecting his own divinely creative evolution and be less likely to abuse technology.
No one person owns the Quantum Field. You as educated, enlightened observer courageous enough to create from it is given your own holographic matrix of reality that no one may destroy because it is not the creation of others. Creating coherence in the world is achieving a collective that embraces a similitude of mind. In relation to time warp experiments also being conducted, in order to move a society as a collective forward to a new time coordinate that group must desire such a move on some level. No one can be dragged anywhere successfully against his will as the mantauk embarrassment proved years ago. disassociation from time and the
energetic magnetism of emotionalism.
There seeds of the Q dream can be
nurtured again and we then shift deeper
into a faster processing portion of the
wizardly brain that is the cerebellum.
Ancient and flawlessly effective this
processing unit then provides in a flash
richly detailed quantum bits of
information more efficiently than any
mechanical processor. Vertebrae

graceful movement of the body carries
the ambient cerebral spinal fluid that

electrified, liquid field that carries
the frequency of our will.
Alignment of the mind in an existence

Enjoy
rich, sumptuous meals that fuel genius

Mediterranean Angel Hair
1 lb.
ground venison or extra lean beef.
1 can of crushed tomatoes
or three fresh steamed and peeled
hot house tomatoes.
1 can tomato soup.
1 can tomato paste.
1 can tomato sauce.
1 red bell pepper.
1 zucchini.
2 chili peppers.
5 large chopped
mushrooms.
2 celery stalks.
1 white onion.
Handful of fresh basil.
2 tbsp. olive oil.
1 package of angel hair
pasta.
Place contents of canned
ingredients into a large pot.
Sauté meat and add to
pot. Sauté all vegetables and add
to pot.
Simmer over med-low heat
for 20 minutes. Serve sauce over
al dente pasta.
Serves 8.
Heavenly Linguini
1 package linguini
noodles.
1 breast of chicken.
2 leeks.
1 yellow or orange bell
pepper.
3 med. Chanterelle
mushrooms.
1 slivered carrot.
Handful of snow peas.
2 cloves crushed garlic.
1/4 tsp fennel.
1/4 cup of olive oil.
1/2 cup heavy cream.
1/2 cup fresh grated
parmesan.
1/4 tsp. fresh ground
pepper.
Sauté chicken till well
cooked. Sauté remaining vegetables
till tender in olive oil. In a
sauce pan place cream, garlic, pepper
and 1/2 of the parmesan cheese on
med/low heat. Heat till cheese
melts and add sautéed vegetables.
Cook linguini al dente.
Add chicken and pour vegetable sauce
over noodles, toss lightly. Serve
immediately topped with the remaining
parmesan cheese and a smile!
Serves 6.
Aryana's Caesar Salad
1 head of romaine
lettuce.
3 mushrooms.
5 jalapeño stuffed
olives.
3 garlic cloves.
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard.
1 cup extra virgin olive
oil.
1tbsp. fresh lemon juice.
1 chilled egg.
Dash of salt.
Large Croutons.
1/3 cup freshly ground
parmesan.
1 tsp. fresh ground
pepper.
Blend all ingredients in
a blender on high speed till dressing
thickens. Save half in a container
(up to one week).
Cut romaine and add
thinly sliced mushrooms, croutons and
top with dressing. Add parmesan
cheese, pepper and serve immediately.
Serves 8.
Exotic Thai Coconut
Chicken
1 lb chicken breast
fillet meat.
1 can of regular coconut
milk.
1 can reduced fat coconut
milk.
3 tbsp. Indian red curry
past or 1tbsp. Thai red curry paste.
4 leeks or lemon grass if
available.
Pinch of fennel.
2 cups Jasmine rice.
Pour coconut milk into
sauce pan and add curry paste.
Cook over medium heat for 30 minutes.
Brown chicken and add to sauce, also add
leeks or lemon grass and fennel.
Simmer over medium/low heat for another
30 minutes. Serve over jasmine
rice.
Serves 4.
Wild Greens Garden
Salad
1 package mixed spring
greens.
1 finely chopped red,
yellow or orange bell pepper.
1 small can of mandarin
orange slices.
1 med size grated carrot.
1/8 cup of slivered
almonds, toasted.
1/8 cup of roasted,
salted pumpkin or sesame seeds.
1/2 cup of walnut oil.
3 tbsp. unpasturized
liquid honey.
5 drops of Tabasco sauce.
Garden style croutons if
desired.
Combine all salad
ingredients in a large bowl.
In a small tupperware
container add oil, honey and tabasco.
Shake well till mixed and toss through
salad. Serve immediately.
Soothing Cucumber
Spring Soup
1 large container of
Dannon or Liberty regular fat or 2%
plain yogurt.
1 tbsp. fresh dill.
1/2 long English
cucumber, peeled.
1tsp salt.
Mint leaves for garnish.
In a blender mix yogurt,
dill and salt. Pour into serving
bowl. Blend cucumber to coarse texture
and fold into soup mixture. Chill
for 15 min. and serve garnished with a
sprig of mint.
